Annual memorial care

Small Tablet Memorial — Starting at $125 For smaller upright tablet-style memorials with normal cleaning requirements. Standard Upright Memorial — Starting at $150 For typical upright memorials with normal cleaning requirements. What's IncludedMemorial cleaning includes an initial condition assessment, preservation-minded cleaning appropriate for the memorial, treatment of normal biological growth and surface soiling, minor vegetation clearing necessary to access the memorial, and before-and-after photographs. Custom Assessment Required Large, unusually tall, highly ornamented, multi-component, difficult-access, or otherwise atypical memorials require an individual assessment before a price can be established. Additional condition, site preparation, or components may affect the cost. Any additional cost will be discussed and included in your quote before work begins. Many treatments continue working over time, and Stone Watch may perform a follow-up inspection when appropriate.
Annual PlansFor families who would like someone local to periodically visit and check a loved one's memorial. 1 visit — $75 2 visits — $140 3 visits — $195 4 visits — $240 Multi-visit plans are paid annually in advance and provide a lower cost per visit. Visits may be scheduled around holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, or other dates meaningful to your family. What's Included Each visit can include a visual observation of the memorial and immediate gravesite, minor tidying, removal of loose leaves and debris, light grass or weed trimming immediately around the memorial when needed, current photographs, and a brief condition update. When We Find a Concern If we observe a change or concern involving the memorial's condition, we will photograph it and notify you. Stone Watch Memorial Care does not perform structural repair or restoration. When appropriate, we can refer you to a qualified monument professional.
Gravesite location & Documentation
Travel & service area
Starting at $75 When sufficient burial or location information is readily available, Stone Watch will locate your loved one's gravesite and provide photographs, GPS coordinates, and location information to help you and other family members find the site in the future.
Additional Research If cemetery records, office assistance, or additional research are required to locate the gravesite, additional charges may apply. Any additional cost will be discussed and included in your quote before work begins.

Standard Service Area Standard pricing includes service within approximately 15 miles of Carthage, Missouri.
Extended Travel Services outside this area may include an additional travel charge. Any travel charge will be discussed and included in your quote before work begins.
